Harvey "The Baron" Proudbottom was a former underboss in the Deep Crimson Syndicate.
Primarily operating out of the city of Caracas, he was ousted by a group of adventurers during an Amazonian siege on the city. His current whereabouts are unknown. He was last seen being carried into his island stronghold by amazonian soldiers, caught in a bear trap.
