The Watchdog Casino is a gambling establishment located in the city of Manticore. It is one of the few purely entertainment businesses left in the wastelands of East America. While many have speculated that it has ties to criminal organizations, there are few who would interfere as Manticore is so far removed from any nation's law enforcement jurisdiction.
Managed by Abraham Wheeler, the casino has been operational under his direction for over 60 years. During that time, Wheeler and his casino have been the primary source of leadership for the city of Manticore. Those who oppose the casino staff have a tendency to "disappear".
